POCKLINGTON ART SOCIETY
The objects of the Society are to:-
Foster and promote the maintenance, improvement and development of artistic taste and the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the arts in the Pocklington district.
Establish or further the work of charitable institutions yet to be formed or already existing for the promotion of the said objectives.
Present or assist in presenting public concerts, dramatic performances, recitals, lectures, art exhibitions, arts festivals and other like events.
Provide a means of bringing to the Pocklington district the work of creative artists in all fields of the arts.
